How to Consign Your Vehicle

Follow these simple steps to sell your classic car at our premier auction

Submit Your Vehicle Information

Fill out our online consignment form with details about your vehicle including year, make, model, condition, and any special features or history. Include high-quality photos showing all angles of the vehicle.

Review & Approval

Your submission will be reviewed by our expert team. We'll discuss your vehicle's market value, set a reserve price, and answer any questions you have about the consignment process.

Sign Consignment Agreement

Once approved, we'll send you a consignment agreement outlining all terms, commission rates, and payment schedule. Review carefully and return the signed agreement along with required documentation:

  • Vehicle title (clear and in your name)
  • Valid photo ID
  • Service records and documentation
  • Any additional provenance materials

Vehicle Delivery & Photography

Deliver your vehicle to the Atlantic City Convention Center on the designated day (typically 2-3 days before the auction). Our professional photography team will capture stunning images for our catalog and marketing materials.

Delivery Details: We'll provide specific delivery dates and times. Transportation assistance available upon request.

Auction Day

Your vehicle will be featured in our auction catalog and presented to thousands of potential buyers. You can attend in person or watch the live stream. Our experienced auctioneers will work to achieve the best possible sale price.

Get Paid

If your vehicle sells, payment is processed within 10-14 business days after the auction, once all funds have cleared and title work is complete. Payment is sent via wire transfer or check according to your preference.

How to Register to Bid

Get qualified to bid on amazing classic and collector vehicles

Pre-Register Online

Complete our online bidder registration form before the auction. Pre-registration saves time and allows you to start bidding immediately when you arrive. You'll need to provide:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Major credit card for verification
  • Email address for updates
  • Contact phone number

Check-In at Registration Desk

Arrive at the Atlantic City Convention Center and visit the registration desk. Bring your ID and credit card. Your information will be verified and you'll receive your bidder number.

Registration Hours:
Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Receive Your Bidder Number

Once registered, you'll receive your official bidder paddle with a unique number. Keep this with you at all times during the auction. This number identifies you when placing bids.

Important: Your bidder number is personal and non-transferable. Do not share it with anyone.

Preview the Vehicles

Take time to inspect vehicles you're interested in. Our preview days allow you to examine cars up close, start engines, and review documentation. Don't hesitate to ask questions!

Attend the Auction

Find a seat in the auction arena or watch from the display floor. When a vehicle you want comes up, simply raise your bidder paddle to place a bid. Our auctioneers will acknowledge each bid clearly.

  • Set a maximum budget before bidding
  • Raise your paddle clearly and confidently
  • Pay attention to the current bid amount
  • Don't get caught up in bidding wars beyond your limit

Complete Your Purchase

If you're the winning bidder, report to the settlement office immediately after the auction. You'll complete paperwork, arrange payment, and schedule vehicle pickup or delivery.

Payment Terms: Full payment due within 3 business days. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and major credit cards. A 10% buyer's premium applies to all purchases.
